The views here are positively incredible and picture worthy according to most visitors. Guests rave about the white-sand beach and how it’s not overly crowded as some tourist areas.

While there are lots of activities on-site to enjoy people commented that they loved it the resort is near ‘downtown Cancun’ because its restaurants and night clubs were practically across the street.

Not all the guests who asked for an oceanfront rooms were happy with the view they received. A few visitors who made plans in advanced for an oceanfront room were told upon arrival they were all gone. Others claimed their oceanfront didn’t have a glimpse

Some guests had issues using their credit card. They included double billing for room service and unauthorized purchases at locations in Mexican cities they didn’t visit.

While many travellers commend the staff, there were guest who said they found the staff to be so rude they might be considered openly hostile. Others mentioned everyone from the management to the staff appeared snobby and elitist.
