Excellent in-house restaurants
The overwhelming majority of guests had only good things to say about the food coming out if the hotel's kitchens. While it seems all the restaurants pleased their patron's palates, it was the Asian restaurant, Tse Fung, that received the most praise.

Guests clearly felt that the hotel delivered when it came to onsite facilities. Summer visitors appreciated the outdoor pool and the two tennis courts onsite, while guests travelling throughout the year had only good things to say about the spa facilities and the treatments available there.

Many guests singled out this service as something that both delighted an impressed. They explained that the hotel offers a complimentary transfer to the city by motorboat, which allowed them to travel in style and avoid the traffic along the highway.

Problems with the air conditioning
A surprising number of guests mentioned that the air conditioning unit in their room really wasn't up to the task, and that on especially hot days it was unable to cool the room to a reasonable temperature.

While guests conceded that Switzerland, and especially Geneva, had a notorious reputation for expensive hotel rooms, many still felt that this hotel was charging a bit too much. Essentially, they questioned whether the service and facilities at the hotel really justified the eye-watering rates.
