Negative Reviews
negative:
It Borders a Red Light District.
Some guests were not thrilled that this hotel borders Rue de Berne. It's a street in the downtown area that's thought of as a red light district. Even so, guests usually said they didn't feel unsafe. Keep this characteristic in mind if you're travelling with curious young kids, though.
negative:
Several Steps to Navigate at the Entrance.
There are numerous steps at the entrance of this hotel, and some guests struggled to manage them with luggage or baby carriages. However, there is a special one-person lifting platform to accommodate disabled guests.
negative:
The Lift is Too Small.
Although this property has a lift inside, many guests commented that it's much too small and made them feel cramped. If you are travelling with family members or have several pieces of large luggage, you may need to make several trips before getting everything and everyone to the room.
