Guests will find the accommodation to be delightfully rustic in its décor and feeling. Although that is the intention, the rustic feeling does not continue into the interiors. The inside is kept clean, modern and up to date.
Guests staying the self-catering cottages might be disappointed that they are not supplied with their own private laundry. Although there aren’t any in the cottages, there are laundry facilitied in the main building all guests are able to make use of.
Any light sleepers staying in the lodgings near the stables will hear the workers begin their morning chores at around 8am. Early risers are encouraged to make use of these rooms, as the sight of the horses being worked in the early morning light is a sight to savour.
The Wi-Fi connection is a bit spotty at times, due to the very rural location of the accommodation, and bad weather unfortunately lends to an even worse connection. Guests are asked to be understanding of this factor, and to please bear with it.
