The staff at the hotel is helpful and friendly. Guests say the members are efficient and handle the Check-in procedures expressly. Kids especially enjoy the pool which is nice and warm. The breakfast is great with a huge variety.

Guests say that the suites feel like a small apartment; they are so spacious. They even have equipped kitchens which came in handy for guests traveling with family and for long term stays. Guests say they love the little perks like popcorn and coffee.

Guests are disturbed by the constant noise made by the air conditioning unit and fridge in the rooms. Guests say that cleanliness in the rooms does not meet required standards. The sheets are dirty and the fitted sheet does not stay on the mattress and keeps exposing it.
