In-room dining is also offered by way of room service for added convenience. Guests have been very pleased with not having to leave this hotel in order to enjoy a meal and the food has been of an excellent standard as well.

Hotel walls don't absorb sound very well
Guests who have stayed at this hotel have not been very pleased that they can hear nearby guests in neighboring rooms. The walls between rooms don't seem to absorb sound very well and the noise is reflected and eventually heard inside guest rooms.

This may be as a result of a few isolated incidents. However, guests have complained that the staff at this hotel seem to offer a standard of service not fitting to their expectations. Issues took a long time to get resolved and guests were made to feel as though they were a slight inconvenience to staff.

A select few guests have not been impressed to find unclean rooms and, even more so, rooms riddled with bugs. Hotel management could do more to ensure that all rooms offer a clean and bug free setting for guests to enjoy.
