Negative Reviews
negative:
Too cold in winter
A surprising number of guests travelling in the colder months mentioned that their rooms were much too cold for comfort. It seems that the heating is centrally controlled, with no ability to change temperatures in the rooms. It was speculated that the system is programmed to turn of entirely late at night, but this could not be confirmed.
negative:
Noise from the smoking area
It was mentioned that the smoking area outside the pub, was inconveniently located, since the noise from this area could be heard by those up in the rooms.

Some questions regarding cleanliness
While not universal, there were a fair number of guests who complained that their room was not properly cleaned before they checked in. They mention dust, dirty bathroom tiles and other problems. Many had to either ask for it to be re-cleaned, or do some spot cleaning themselves, to feel comfortable there.
