positive:
Well-situated location in Paris’ Marais district
According to guests, the hotel is located in the “bourgeois” district of Paris which means everything is at your doorstep, close to public transports, and also near plenty of world-class cafes and restaurants. There are also lots of shops and boutiques for the "shopaholic". The hotel is in a great location with a very cool Paris scene around.
positive:
Absolutely adequate breakfast
The breakfast served was a delight to most guests because it was definitely above average. The meal was packed with juices, pastries, meats, cheese, and eggs to name a few. There was a good espresso machine providing great coffee. Moreover, their service was excellent.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Small rooms and beds as expected
Since most hotel rooms in Paris are small, guests are not surprised to see the compact rooms here although they still listed it as one of the negative part of the accommodation. Bedrooms and bathrooms are really small plus they have bits of furniture eating up the valuable space.
negative:
Malfunctioning air conditioning system
Guests complained about the faulty air conditioning. Many reported that it did not work which made the room smell stuffy. This was a major problem during the warm weather. Guests had to open their windows to cool their rooms down.
negative:
Tiniest lift ever
This hotel has the tiniest lift as stated by previous guests. It was exceptionally small that it can only fit one person with a luggage at a time. Moreover, guests needed to fall in line and wait before they can use the lift.
