Positive Reviews
positive:
Ideal location.
The hotel is located close to many points of interest, shopping and entertainment -- ideal if you are visiting on business or leisure. Many corporations are also located within driving distance and Reforma 222 -- a large shopping complex - is within walking distance. If you need to use public transportation, a taxi service is located right outside.
positive:
Clean and welcoming.
Hotel staff and housekeeping does a great job at making the property welcoming and clean for all guests. The front desk staff is always ready to help and if you have any questions they can provide suggestions or tips -- ideal if you are visiting Mexico City on holiday or due to business.
positive:
Rates include breakfast.
If you want to save money or add convenience to your stay, the hotel provides a hot breakfast each morning. Breakfast items include fruit, cereal and regional favorites such as beans and tortillas. Be sure to get there early for the best selection.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Some small features.
Though most of the guest rooms are spacious and welcoming, some of the property aspects are smaller than usual. The elevators in particular don't hold very many people so during busy times of the day it could take a while to get back to your room.
negative:
Limited English spoken.
If you don't speak Spanish, communication with the hotel
staff could be a little more challenging -- much of the staff speaks only limited
English. This could pose an additional challenge for international guests who
have trouble with English and Spanish.
negative:
Spotty Internet connection.
The Internet connection often has issues with providing a strong signal to guests.
