Negative Reviews
negative:
Below par food quality
The menu was limited especially for vegetarians, and presentation was quite poor according to most guests. Some servings were not equally proportioned and most of the dishes are served cold and lacking quality in terms of taste.
negative:
Greatly overpriced menu items
Most guests speak ill of their overall stay due to price of food and beverages. It was a bit overpriced compared to the other competitors around the area. Moreover, the meals are a bit expensive compared to the quality of food and service the guests have received.
negative:
No “do-not-disturb” cards available
Some guests prefer to have the “do not disturb” cards to hang on the door for privacy issues. Housekeepers have the tendency to enter the room right away without even knocking. Thus, guests advised the management to train cleaners to knock first before getting inside any room.
