Many guests enjoyed taking a swim in the spacious swimming pool, given it had a couple of slides and was divided into various areas for men, women and children. Guests of all ages could enjoy a swim and children could enjoy using the slides and swimming in a pool catered to them.
Many guests were not happy with the limited choices they had for breakfast and the poor service of the waiters who only clean the tables. Most of the options were not good for many guests.
Some guests felt the staff members needed to have more training for their work. The check in was found to be too slow with no acknowledgment from the staff. They would not greet or smile which made for poor communication.
Some guests were annoyed they had to request to the staff to use the Wi-Fi which lasted for five hours only. Once the five hours are done they would have to go to collect another slip. This was time consuming and annoying.
