Good location and very easy to get to
Locating the hotel is very easy as the building stands out. It is also close to major attractions such as the Fort A Famosa which will take you about 5 minutes on foot and the Jonker Street which is just a five minute stroll away.

The interior and exterior are breathtaking
The hotel has been recently renovated and is absolutely lovely. Guests arriving are greeted by a wonderful lobby that is well lit and very inviting. Guests can also enjoy the Jacuzzi that offers eye-catching night views of the city

A majority of the guests check out of the hotel feeling they got their money's worth. With the superior services offered, friendly staff and picturesque surroundings, the hotel is indeed a relaxing getaway.

Housekeeping appeared poorly trained
A number of guests felt that rooms'cleanliness was not great. A few rooms have been found dirty on several occasions by guests who had just checked in. Dirty sinks and some food droppings were seen under the bed. They felt housekeeping was irregular and at times done while guests were inside the rooms.

Some guests have complained that the breakfast spread was a little bit unsatisfactory with a few of the restaurant staff behaving in an unresponsive manner and the hot menu being tepid at best. A few felt that the breakfast had few choices to eat and it was not very good as per rates and needed improvement.
