You'll be very well taken care of at this resort, everyone working here is professional and friendly. Just ask any member of staff if there is something you need, they will be happy to help.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The free Wi-Fi is pretty bad, so don't rely on it.
The free Wi-Fi signal is rather patchy and it fails to reach all of the accommodation at this resort. If you need to stay connected to the internet during your stay in Ubud then don't rely solely on the Wi-Fi here.
negative:
Need more sun loungers for when resort is busy.
Unless you are up early in the morning to grab one of the sun loungers around the swimming pool you might miss out. When the resort is busy the sun loungers quickly run out, so management should really provide more.
negative:
Not the best location, quite far from Ubud centre.
This resort is quite a way out from the centre of Ubud so you'll be relying on taxis, scooters, or shuttle buses to get around. There's also little in the way of amenities surrounding this place so bring all the essentials you need with you.
