According to general opinion, the service provided is one of the accommodation’s strongest assets. The staff members, from the reception personnel to the restaurant servers, were regularly praised for their really friendly and cooperative attitude.

Although portion sizes and the efficiency of service have been seen in a negative light on occasion, the hotel’s complimentary breakfast was judged favourably for the most part. Most previous guests have claimed the breakfast was of a good quality overall.

The standard of the rooms was a regular source of criticism aimed at the accommodation by former visitors. As well as being uncomfortably small and lacking in terms of amenities such as storage solutions, the rooms have also been labelled as worn and outdated.

The free Wi-Fi has routinely received low marks from past guests that attempted to use the service during their time at the hotel. The range of the wireless Internet was said to be inadequate, with some struggling to even establish a connection.

Despite claims on the contrary, the accommodation does not reportedly possess on-site parking – a typical grievance for those travelling in their own vehicle. The garage parking provided is supposedly situated some distance from the hotel, and the facility is not inclusive with the cost of staying.
