The five-course dinners are lovely and a treat for the taste buds. The portions are just right and the service is very prompt. Bar offers a good selection of ales, lagers and wines. They also accommodate dietary requirements.
Guests loved the helping gesture extended by the staff members. They went out of their way to ensure that everything was perfect for guests. Dining room staff was also very good and well-trained.
The Wi-Fi connection was available only in certain areas of the hotel and totally absent in the rooms. This made it very difficult to work online.
The parking, which is at the rear end of the hotel, is very inconvenient. Guests felt that having the onsite parking at a suitable place would have been better.
The damp marks on the ceiling and walls suggested that the hotel was in need of a refurbishment. It gave a very unpleasant patchy look to the hotel.
