    Convenient parking and close to the metro

    The hotel offers on-site parking if you happen to be travelling by car, and if not, the hotel is well-connected to the city's public metro system.

    You will find many conveniences just outside of the hotel as there are several restaurants, supermarkets and the Al Gurair mall is an excellent choice for shopping amongst locals and visitors.

    While the roof-top pool may not be a very large one, previous guests have stated that it is a great place to relax at the end of a long day. Also, a pool-side service is offered in case guests would like some snacks or beverages.

    The club on the first floor is noisy

    The number one complaint about this establishment is the nightclub downstairs. If you have come to Deira to party then this location is perfect, if not, then you may find that the loud music and bass will go on until very late hours.

    Some guests were surprised at the strange check-in policy that the hotel has that most guests were not aware of beforehand. Apparently, they take your passport and do not return it until you have paid a steep deposit. This made many guests feel uncomforta
