Meals at the hotel are very well prepared and sumptuous. From breakfast to dinner every meal is a delight. Guests enjoyed the local dishes that were served with finesse and with attention to detail.

All the staff members are customer-focused. They were vibrant, very friendly and passionate. They diligently carried out their responsibilities with guests’ needs in mind. They always do their bests in making sure that guests have a comfortable stay. They are also very competent and know how to handle the guests in a proficient manner.

Very weak and unreliable Wi-Fi
A number of guests have voiced their concerns regarding the hotel’s weak Wi-Fi. At times the signal wasn’t available and if it was, it kept cutting off. Guests felt inconvenienced as they had to keep logging in every time when connecting to the Wi-Fi.

Housekeeping was poor throughout
Some rooms were unclean and with a mouldy smell. In some areas bathrooms and toilets, a number them were not flushing properly and some have been found dirty on several occasions. Many guests were of the view that the hotel needed a major renovation.

A number of guests felt that the mattresses and pillows didn’t provide much comfort. Most complained that they were hard thus making sleeping a bit uncomfortable.
