The dining options at this hotel are excellent. Both restaurants and the bars offer excellent food and high-quality items. The dining areas themselves also look very upscale and inviting. There is definitely a great ambiance here. Even with breakfast or room service, you won't be disappointed.
Make sure to enjoy the incredible skyline views of the city from your room. Guests found them breath-taking. If you have the chance, ask for a room on the highest floor possible.
Although there have been plenty of good experiences with the staff, there have also been many instances where guests were disappointed with the customer service here. It seems that some staff is poorly trained and reluctant to help. Some could also be more attentive and friendly.
