The hotel is located far enough away from the hustle and bustle and is surrounded by its own extensive private grounds which lead towards the banks of the River Thames. Guests appreciated the scenic surroundings especially the river views which could be enjoyed from some of the front-facing rooms as well as being in close vicinity to numerous country walks and nature-trails.

The rooms have been described as being of ample size with big windows that make the rooms feel light and airy. Guests said they had plenty of space to move around as well as more than adequate storage space. Many were pleased to find that the overall hygiene levels were quite high as rooms were said to be clean and well-presented.
