    Be sure to speak with the hotel staff about setting up tours if you want to go out and explore, they have plenty of suggestions and ideas for every interest level.

    Each of the rooms and suites at the hotel are well-maintained and offer spacious and inviting layouts.

    Timeshare sales.

    Puerto Vallarta has a good number of timeshare properties and there are select rooms at the Sheraton that are provided for these uses - if you aren't interested, be sure to avoid signing up for a presentation and be firm with the employees if they continue to pitch attending a presentation. It could also be hard to determine who is a hotel employee and who is a timeshare employee, so be alert.

    Limited chairs.

    As with any hotel, there are a number of inconsiderate guests. There is a 'no reserve' chair policy when it comes to the pool, but some guests attempt to save chairs for later use in the day - be sure to alert hotel staff if that happens so you can enjoy the pool and surrounding amenities.
