Positive Reviews
positive:
Can't beat the location.
For those who want to spend time at Disneyland Paris, the location just can't be beat. The theme park is within walking distance, as are free shuttle buses. For those who want to explore, a five-minute walk will bring you to countless restaurants, pubs, and a popular shopping mall.
positive:
Great for the budget-conscious.
Besides the free shuttle bus to Disney, this entire experience is friendly on the wallet and purse. The room comes at an affordable rate and is great for families. The hotel isn't a typical motel and will really allow larger families to spread out. Plus, there is the large kitchen with appliances which will allow families to cook their meals instead of eating out all day.
positive:
A staff that over-exceeds expectations.
The hotel staff provides great service from the welcome to the departure. They are friendly and helpful and really go the extra mile. They cater especially to families and Disney vacationers and can be counted on to print extra tickets or provide maps and information about the area. The fact that they speak English is convenient also.
Negative Reviews
negative:
There's affordable, then there's cheap.
Many guests are dismayed to find the affordable room rate means small, noisy rooms. Plus, some beds are sofa pull-outs rather than traditional double beds.
negative:
You might miss some luxuries.
The bedding and linen are thin and won't provide as much comfort as a more luxurious hotel. Also, the absence of a kettle for morning tea and coffee is a downer. If you're traveling with a large group, don't be surprised to find your kitchen only equipped for two or three persons in the way of utensils and dining ware.
negative:
It's not a hotel.
Guests need to know this isn't a hotel. There won't be daily cleaning service or changing linen or towel service. You'll have to make your own bed and change your own wastebasket.
