The people in charge are very friendly and extremely flexible. If you arrive late due, perhaps, to traffic problems; they’ll wait around to ensure that you are OK with the apartment. From that point, they are in evidence if you need them but they aren’t ‘in your face’. They appreciate your need for privacy. Just perfect, really.
You choose this place to get away from the daily pressures and decision making … but the pressures have come with you. Crucially, you have to decide whether your apartment should be ‘poolside’ with a private courtyard area, or on the ‘waterfront’ where you’ll get glorious sunsets and be on the river in no time. Life can be very cruel!

Rooms are a bit on the dated side and the Wi-Fi is next to useless.
There’s no air conditioning at ground floor level, although there is upstairs. It can get extremely hot, humid and uncomfortable.
Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Cleaning is an occasional issue. The ‘changeover’ routine obviously needs revising, due to less than thorough cleaning. Something evidenced by the presence of items belonging to the previous guests.
