Apartments nice and spacious
Perhaps because of Singapore's reputation for tight living spaces, some guests had clearly been worried that the apartments would be very small. They were relieved to find that this was not the case, and that they were more than big enough for their party.

Very modern décor
While not absolutely to everybody's taste, most did like the very modern décor. Guests mentioned that the rooms looked both modern, and like they had been very recently remodelled. There was certainly no talk of rooms looking dated or tired looking.

Guests mentioned that the kitchens really were fully equipped. They did not feel they were missing any equipment needed to prepare any meal they wanted to make.

A bit too remote for some
While the apartments not very far from the CBD, the nearest MRT station was said to be a stiff walk away. There is a bus service that runs nearby, but some guests still felt that the site was too remote. They didn't feel they could easily walk to where they wanted to be.

Staff not friendly or helpful
While reviews of staff conduct were mixed, the balance seemed to be to the downside. Many guests felt that when they were not actively rude and unhelpful, the complex's staff were simply disengaged and uninterested in doing any more than the bare minimum.

It was hard to find anything good written about the breakfast. The impression gained from the guest reviews was that the staff were simply going through the motions to supply the bare minimum so that they could tick “breakfast” off their list.
