Located on the Esplanade in Jersey, The Liberty Wharf Apartments offer long-term guests a perfect home away from home. Each of the apartments are furnished with a full kitchen, a lounge area with a flat screen satellite TV and DVD player, and a king sized bed. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board, cordless telephone, laptop safe, and coffee and tea making facilities are also provided. A 24-hour reception desk is available as well as a common lounge area with a sun deck. Complimentary croissants and hot beverages are served in the lounge each morning. Guests who don't feel like cooking will find plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within a close distance from the apartments. In addition to the beautiful beaches there's plenty of nearby shops and attractions to explore such as Elizabeth Castle and Gorey Village. The airport is just 6.5 kilometres away.
Guests simply loved that these serviced apartments had a 24-hour reception desk. It was nice having someone available for whatever they needed. Moreover, almost everyone said that they found the customer service they received to be first rate and that the employees were happy to accommodate all reasonable requests.
Pervious guests felt that the location of Liberty Wharf Apartments couldn't have been better. The apartments are right in the centre of St. Helier and located above a bus station. The beach is only a short walk away, with many of the apartments featuring views of the harbour.
Guests were impressed with how well stocked the apartments were. They found the kitchens to have every appliance they could possibly need, the loved having a DVD player and iPod dock in the living room, and appreciated the superior water pressure in the bathroom shower.
Those that stayed in the apartments on the street side were a bit perturbed by the noise. In addition to the noise from the traffic, they are located almost directly across from a boisterous nightclub. A few said they had trouble falling asleep because of it.
Like many serviced apartments, Liberty Warf Apartments does not provide daily housekeeping service. Instead, the apartments are cleaned weekly for their long-term guests. A few people were bothered by this, and would have preferred daily or at least twice weekly service.
A few guests found the beds to be sub-standard quality. They felt that the mattress, duvet, and pillows in their apartment were cheep and uncomfortable.
