You have easy access to a number of goodies like the beach, a salon, Starbucks, restaurant, splash pad, all are on the property. In fact, nearby the resort there are a number of shops, water parks, amusement parks, there is even a 24-hour Walmart.

The facility also has a Redbox type system for movies. The selection is good and you will find something for everyone if you are traveling with other people.

Beware, the condos are "independently owned." They are privately owned and this is why you have such discrepancies in the properties. Therefore, some units are up-to-date and others are not. This is not a bad thing overall, but many visitors wrongly think that the facility is all one unit under one proprietor.

There will be no housekeeping during your stay unless you pay for it, so you'd better roll up your sleeves and get ready to do some deep cleaning yourself. Keep in mind, the cleaning fee is not cheap. Depending on the condo you get, it may be spotless or require a good scrubbing. However, there is a washer/dryer in the unit. Another thing, the condos in general are somewhat dated.

The towels, toiletries, and other complimentary items are limited. You will have to get your own items, which includes things for cleaning. Other drawbacks include no entertainment at the facility and the Wi-Fi is not free everywhere.
