Negative Reviews
negative:
Uncomfortable pull-out beds
The pull-out beds at this property are said to be extremely uncomfortable an, therefore, difficult on which to sleep. Past guests have woken up sore and stiff after trying to sleep on one of the pull-outs found in many of the property's rooms.
negative:
Lots of street noise
Since this building is located in a central part of a busy city, there is a fair amount of noise from the street. In addition, the rooms do not seem to be all that well insulated, so you might have trouble sleeping if you end up in a room that overlooks the road.
negative:
Frequently move guests
There have been numerous complaints from guests who have arrived at the property looking to check in, only to be told that there isn't a room available. The property will often overbook and is then forced to move guests to other properties in the area, often without warning.
