Sewage smells
This appears to be an on-going problem in the area, but a number of guests reported strong sewage smells coming from drains in their units.

Missing kettles
If there was one thing that guests really wanted in these units, it was a kettle. Whether making a cuppa or warming a baby's bottle, this was one amenity that would have been very much appreciated.
negative:
Small TV, thin walls
Finally, a number of guests were bemused by the tiny size of the TVs here. For many, the screens were just too small for comfort. Additionally, there were reports of thin walls here, with many reporting that noise filtered into their units from adjacent apartments.
