Positive Reviews
positive:
Real luxury accommodations
Guests rave about the great suites, their space and the modern and luxurious design that these rooms have, for example marble in the bathroom, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and thoughtful interior design overall.
positive:
Location is a real gem
Being near many of the main attractions in Washington DC and also near many government buildings this location is great for leisure and business alike. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are all in the neighborhood. A subway station is a five minute walk away if you prefer to explore the city by public transport.
positive:
Staff is great
The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Guests could get help with directions, recommendations for restaurants and just general assistance.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Deep cleaning every 7 days
As the apartment is more of a long term stay facility the deep clean of the room with change of sheets is only every 7 days. Some guests felt that was not enough service.
negative:
Some noise possible
Some guests had some noise issues in rooms at the back of the building, apparently rooms in the front can be a bit calmer. The hotel is in a city environment so some noise is possible in a lively town like Washington DC.
negative:
Parking expensive
If you travel by car parking is a little bit expensive, but in a normal range for Washington DC. There is not really much public parking available in this part of the town so you should probably be prepared to budget for this expense.
