Upon arrival, guests reported receiving a very warm welcome from friendly staff who are also very helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel and area. Staff members seem happy to be working there are this shows in how they engage guests in friendly conversation at every opportunity. Guests also reported easy check-in and check-out and staff members who go above and beyond their regular duties to accommodate guests.
The location of this hotel is a little out of the way from the crowded and noisy touristy areas but close enough to be easily accessible to all the main attractions. Guests also reported that the views surrounding the hotel are very nice.
Guests reported some issues with the guest rooms including broken blinds, broken appliances, uncomfortable beds, dated decor, dirty carpet and stained walls. Also reported was windows that don't close properly, a lack of hot water, very dim lighting and a strange smell.

Patrons leaving the disco also make quite a bit of noise as they pass through the hallways late at night talking, singing and slamming doors.
