About Rex Hotel
This is an artistic hotel that celebrates Scandinavian design and heritage. Housed in a converted town house, this boutique hotel combines art with comfort.
The 55 rooms are designed uniquely with their own color
combination and style. The rooms have flat screen TVs and chic furnishings. The
bathrooms are tiled with grey slate and have underfloor heating.
Rex Hotel Hotel has historical charm by retaining some of the original features of the building from 1866. It exhibits black-and-white photos. The hotel is also equipped with three conference rooms.
Breakfast is served every morning in a buffet style. There are over 50 restaurants in the streets surrounding the hotel.

Guests particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, saying the food were diverse, of high quality and generous. The fare consisted of scrambled eggs, meats, oats, fish and vegetables. You can even enjoy breakfast outside in the courtyard.

You can walk to the metro stop in just five minutes. You can also walk about 5 kilometres to the main station, making most of Stockholm easily accessible. There are loads of restaurants, bars and shops nearby, making for a pleasant exploration of the area near the hotel.

Expect the rooms to be a bit on the smaller side. Many guests commented that while the rooms are clean and convenient, they're not very big. They felt cramped by what they viewed as extraneous furniture pieces that crowded the room even more.

Several guests complained that their Wi-Fi connection was problematic in their rooms. They reported having to walk around their room and bathroom to find a place to get stable Web access.
