The sunrise view from the rooms is very pleasant and beautiful. Many guests felt that the resort exterior looks grand with many palm trees around it.
Guests enjoyed swimming in the pool and kids loved the wading pool. They appreciated the fact that amateurs are provided with water tubes to keep them afloat. Guests were also satisfied with the arrangements for indoor and outdoor activities like table tennis, beach volley ball and net ball.

Guests were not very happy with the unprofessional attitude of the staff. They were not very friendly. Some guests also pointed out that the staff needed to undergo training in customer service.
Most guests were disappointed with the unclean rooms, stained bathrooms with worn out fittings, smelly overused towels, dirty pillows and old furniture. They were of the opinion that the whole property needs a proper clean-up and a face lift. The noise of the air conditioners deprived many guests of their sleep. The air conditioners are badly in need of an overhaul.
Guests complained about the poor Wi-Fi signals in the rooms as well as in the public areas of the resort. All guests were disappointed with the erratic Wi-Fi.
