Resort Saint John Hotel Villas & Spa (Agios Ioannis, Greece)

Even critics of the hotel agreed that the property is a wonderful locations for nature sightseeing. Plus with a pool that looks out over the sea, and its own private beach, this hotel is a water lover’s dream.

Visitors mentioned that they thought the rooms were fantastic. Not only did they have a modern feel, the mattresses themselves were comfortable. They also like the level of cleanliness in the rooms and around the entire hotel.

Everyone, from families to honeymooners, who had interactions with the concierge mentioned that the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area.

Some guests claim that the restaurant food is overpriced. Others mentioned that the food is average to poor in quality. Others remarked that there weren't as many choices as they would like. Overall, however, most visitors enjoyed the food.

Guests mentioned that although they do offer transport to downtown Mykonos you may have to wait a while for pickups and departures (between 30 minutes to an hour). A number of visitors commented that a few more shuttles might speed the process along. So if time is a factor for you, a taxi service might be a better choice.

Some people claim that the staff provides low service and lacks professionalism. From the front desk to the valet to the pool attendants, guests cited rude and unapologetic behaviour from employees. It should be mentioned though, that many people didn't have an issue with the staff and enjoyed their interactions.
