There is a wide range of spa facilities on-site including 8 pools, Jacuzzis, steam rooms and saunas which have all been highly praised by the guests. Those who visited the spa said that the experience was very relaxing and indulgent as the facilities were modern and extremely well-presented. The spa is also popular with many locals so if you are keen on having a treatment it’s advisable to book beforehand.

All of the staff at the hotel have been described as friendly and courteous, often going out of their way in order to assist the guests with their various queries and requests. Many said that the level of service they received exceeded their expectations.

Some rooms can get quite hot.
Guests who stayed at the hotel during the warmer weather complained about the lack of air conditioning in their rooms. Although fans were provided, many found them inadequate when it came to cooling down their rooms.

The waiting time at the bar was said to be longer than expected as many guests were frustrated with the lengthy delays in receiving their drinks. The bar can get quite busy and the staff often seemed to struggle when it came to serving everyone on time.
