Resort Park Avenue (Calangute, India)

The staff members were said to be friendly people by some guests who stayed here. They went out of their way to accommodate guests and they would arrange tours and transportation as well.

The hotel is located in a nice area within a ten minute walk from the beaches, while other well-known beaches are a short driving distance. There were also various nice restaurants around for dining. The area had enough shops as well for items.

The outdoor pool was found to be a nice amenity by most guests who liked having the water available. The pool was well-maintained and generally clean which was important. The pool was an opportunity to relax in the water or on the sun deck.

Most guests agree the hotel was due for a renovation given the look of it reminded them of an old and run down building. The furnishings needed to be replaced and the smells were strong. They would like small touches to be done to make the hotel more appealing.

Some guests did not like the rooms they stayed in given big cleaning details that would make you uncomfortable such as cigarette burns on the sheets, dust and insects and toilets that would not flush on their own.

The breakfast was found to be boring and not worth even having it in the morning, as it consisted of about two items with included the tea. Most guests do not advice the breakfast at the hotel.
