For most guests, the best part of their stay at The Cove On Ormond Beach was the view from their oceanfront balcony. From there, they could sit and listen to the waves crashing on the shoreline, or watch the sun rise over the ocean while they sipped their morning coffee.

Hardly any guests could find fault with the cleanliness of The Cove On Ormond Beach. Guests were pleased to find when they arrived that their condos had been cleaned perfectly. They also felt that the common areas were well maintained, including the sparkling outdoor pool.

Though many resorts provide umbrellas and chairs for the beach, very few offer this as a complimentary service. Vacationers were pleasantly surprised this service was free. They also found the chairs provided to be very comfortable, and the cabana staff to be friendly and professional.

Many guests complained that they were positively bombarded with sales pitches during their stay. After the second or third time they were presented with information on purchasing a timeshare on the property, most guests grew tired of it and would have preferred being left alone to enjoy their vacation.

Though most reviews admitted that this is a common occurrence in Florida certain times of the year, they were still alarmed to find a cockroach in their condo. Most guests only saw one during their stay, but still found it disconcerting. They also said the hotel staff wasn't very reassuring or accommodating when they reported the problem.
