This hotel is ideal for a family getaway. From water park style pools to dance parties and a ropes course, this hotel offers so many activities that it's impossible for your kids to be bored. The MaqiQuest scavenger hunt truly is fun for the whole family. The layout of this hotel really allows older kids a sense of freedom to enjoy the activities they prefer.

The staff are upbeat, friendly, and perfect for dealing with children all day. The lifeguards are extremely attentive and aware of all that is going on in the pool area. All staff are courteous and provide excellent service.

There are plenty of food choices onsite if you have children who can't be torn away from all of the fun. If parents need a break, Williamsburg is full of many restaurants, from fast food to sit down, to add a little variety into your stay.

Guests say that pricing is a bit high for a night's stay, and then everything else is an additional charge. Breakfast is not included in the rate so you are paying for all of your meals in addition, and every single activity is an additional charge. While this is a great place to keep your children entertained, it's certainly pricey to do so.

The entire facility is in need of basic repairs and maintenance, and upgrades to furniture and rooms are a must. Also, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, as housekeeping seems to overlook leftover items from previous guests.

As expected, the noise level is a bit high with all of the children at this hotel. Although there is a noise policy in the evening, you can still hear children running the halls, or stomping around above you and the walls between rooms are terribly thin.
