Family-run in the third generation, the PrivatHotel Probst is located in a four-story sandstone block building from the late 19th century. The hotel is characterized by its mansard roof and the facade with a choir in the New Nuremberg style. The nearly 30 standard rooms are spread over three floors. The guest rooms are partly furnished in a "retro" style, partly in a modern style, with each room being given individuality through a special color scheme. In addition to a desk, the rooms also have a flat-screen TV. A WLAN hotspot is available for guests free of charge in addition to a digital guest directory in the entire hotel area. To start the day, there is a breakfast buffet (with hot drinks service), where travelers can fortify themselves for the subsequent exploration of the Franconian metropolis. There are a variety of different venues in the vicinity of the hotel. Mention should be made here, for example, of the "Bruderherz" with its own micro-brewery in the basement, the elegant "Restaurant im Literaturaus", the trendy Italian "Falco Manufaktur" or the upscale "Imperial by Alexander Herrmann" on the corner of Koenigstraße. The main train station is only about an eight-minute walk from the hotel. The Nuremberg main market in the old town can be reached after a walk of about 10-15 minutes.
