Great indoor amenities to keep kids entertained
Families love this place because of the extra indoor amenities that keep children happy. The indoor pool is ample and clean, and there's a game room for additional entertainment. Onsite dining is also beneficial, as well as spa and gym facilities for adults to unwind.
positive:
Terrific tucked back location to the beach
For those who prefer to be near the beach and yet not right on the boardwalk, the Princess Royale fits the bill. You can enjoy the sand and ocean, go shopping and get something to eat, and explore the nightclubs and other sites of interest, and then return to a hotel that's not as noisy and busy as the immediate area.
positive:
Comfortable rooms and beds with nice ocean views
The rooms are cozy, with beds and pillows that provide a comfortable sleep. Storage is sufficient, the layout is nice, and waking up to an inspiring ocean view is a great way to start the day.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Balcony disappoints by being too small for comfort
You may be disappointed if expecting a sizable balcony for everyone to relax on. It's smaller than thought, and not very comfortable to stretch your legs out on, and enjoy the view. You may want to consider this, if excited about having that feature.
negative:
Food isn't great and waitstaff isn't very together
The menu isn't as impressive as desired, with selections lacking in presentation and preparation. The buffet offerings also aren't as fresh and delicious as hoped for. At times, waitstaff is overwhelmed and overextended, or exhibits a curt attitude.
negative:
Decor and ambience need to be fresher and brighter
The hotel's appeal would be slightly greater, if décor and fixtures were brighter, crisper, and newer. Wear and tear is quite evident, and offsets the vibrant oceanside atmosphere.
