Positive Reviews
positive:
Good location.
While the Premier Inn Luton Airport is an obvious choice if you’re catching a flight from the airport, the hotel actually places you within easy reach of many of the wider area attractions. The nearby M1 makes onward travel and exploration fairly simple.
positive:
Service with a smile.
The majority of guests leave positive comments about the standard of customer service offered at this hotel. Staff seem to genuinely care about guest satisfaction and often appear to go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your time at the hotel.
positive:
Comfortable rooms.
Although the rooms at this hotel don’t seem to have been refurbished for a while, guests found them clean and comfortable nonetheless. The beds appear to be of a particularly good standard and the choice of amenities, while not exactly extensive, is certainly sufficient.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Wi-Fi may disappoint.
A number of guests found fault with the Wi-Fi, describing it as difficult to connect to and slow once online. Unfortunately, to the frustration of guests, the hotel staff are largely unable to help and tend to blame the problem on the third party supplier.
negative:
Odd opening times for the restaurant.
Despite this property being pitched as an airport hotel, the restaurant doesn't seem to be on the same page. It only opens at 7am, which is of little use to those guests who are catching an early morning flight.
negative:
Some noise.
While the hotel seems to be well soundproofed against the sound of planes, internal noise sounds like it could be a bit of a problem. Creaky floorboards, guests moving around in adjacent rooms and noisy extractor fans in the bathrooms are all a source of concern.
