Now that the rooms at this hotel boast the Premier Inn chain’s new look, guests could hardly be more impressed. Most found the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable with an appealing selection of amenities. The newly installed air-conditioning is a definite highlight.

Guests describe the location of this hotel as lovely and quiet. Although there’s not a huge selection of things to do in the immediate area, it’s far from dull. Plus, the nearby Perivale tube station offers direct access into Central London.

Few guests indicate that anything other than exceptional customer service is offered at this hotel. Check in is a stress-free affair and the service throughout a guest's stay is welcoming, helpful and attentive.

A few guests mention that they found the exterior of the hotel less than impressive. Reported problems include litter in the car park and tatty furniture outside the attached pub/restaurant.

While this doesn't seem to be a regular problem, a handful of guests found the free Wi-Fi frustrating. The connection seems to be slow and intermittent at times. On the plus side, premium access is available, and thankfully this doesn't cost too much.

The food in the restaurant is not exactly poor but some guests were a little disappointed by the lack of an imaginative menu. Apparently, the choices are very limited and you might end up eating the same food each morning.
