Negative Reviews
negative:
Parking concerns.
Parking seems to be a bit of a problem at the Premier Inn Inverness Centre. There are limited spaces at the hotel itself with overflow parking situated a fair distance from the hotel. This can present a bit of a problem if you have heavy luggage.

Seagulls are a nuisance.
Several guests mention that seagulls are a problem. There’s obviously very little that the hotel can do about this, but that doesn't make the near constant squawking and excess droppings any easier to cope with.
negative:
Infrequent complaints.
Occasionally, guests comment that the Wi-Fi was down or slow during their stay. Furthermore, a number of guests found that there were too few towels and limited tea and coffee supplies. The lack of an in-room phone was also a problem.
