The staff is helpful.
A warm, helpful staff welcomes you at check-in and is there for the duration of your stay. They are happy to accommodate most any request and point you in the direction of places to eat and the most popular local attractions.
positive:
This is a non-smoking hotel.
This is a non-smoking property which is great for those who don’t imbibe and like their room smelling fresh rather than second hand smoke.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The hotel needs a facelift.
This property is definitely in need of updating. Although the public spaces are in decent shape, the furnishings and carpeting in the guest rooms are tired and the bathroom fixtures really need to be replaced.
negative:
Things can get hot.
Premier Inn Hemel Hempstead West doesn’t have air conditioning in the guest rooms so things can get hot in the summer months, especially on the top floor. If you are travelling in the summer, be sure to ask for a ground floor which tends to be a bit cooler.
negative:
There are no pets allowed.
Other than service animals, this hotel does not accept pets. This is unfortunate for those who like to travel with their favourite four-legged friends.
