This is a non-smoking property which is great for those who don’t imbibe and like their room smelling fresh rather than second hand smoke.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Things can get hot.
Premier Travel Inn Basildon South doesn’t have air conditioning in the guest rooms so things can get hot in the summer months, especially on the top floor. If you are travelling in the summer, be sure to ask for a ground floor room which might be a bit cooler.
negative:
Things can get noisy.
If you are looking for a quiet night’s sleep and if you are travelling with children, be sure to book a room at the front of the hotel. The pub, located at the rear of the property, becomes quite lively at night, especially on weekends, and the revelry could keep the entire family awake.
negative:
There’s no lift.
This hotel doesn’t have a lift. So if you have low mobility, are travelling with a lot of luggage or small children in tow, be sure to ask for a ground floor room when booking.
