Positive Reviews
positive:
Hotel is set in a convenient and exciting locale
Close to the monorail, around the corner from buzzing Jalan Bukit Bintang and surrounded by some of the most tantalising sights, sounds, smells and eats in the entire city; it's small wonder so many travellers have salivated over this hotel's undeniably great location. Being directly opposite the landmark Swiss Garden Hotel makes it a very easy place to find, too.
positive:
Accommodations are as clean-as-a-whistle
Numerous guests have drawn attention to the spick-and-span appearance of the guest rooms here.
positive:
Plenty of peace and quiet at night
Even though it's set in a lively area close to a busy junction, the guest rooms within this hotel enjoy plenty of peace and quiet at night. Needles to say, this is something pretty much every visitor approved of.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Guest rooms are more than a little compact
The vast majority of people who've stayed here have been unimpressed by the somewhat diminutive size of the hotel's guest rooms. Evidently, these accommodations are bordering on miniscule, even by Kuala Lumpur's increasingly compact standards.
negative:
Free Wi-Fi is pretty poor
It's clear that a great many irritated visitors felt let down by the hotel's free Wi-Fi. Some guests disclosed that they struggled to get, let alone maintain, a decent signal for their entire duration of their stay.
negative:
Breakfast could be better
It's fair to say relatively few guests have been comprehensively bowled over by the morning meals provided here. Happily, there are literally scores of eateries located close by that are capable of dishing up a wide range of suitably appetising dishes.
