Due to the spacious and highly accessible parking space on-site, most guests did not have any issues parking their cars and going in and out of the property. There were plenty of parking spots available for guests and it was located just right outside their rooms, which was very convenient.
Aside from the small size, guests were also disappointed with the firmness of the beds and pillows. The texture of the mattresses was too hard, lumpy, and uncomfortable so many guests had difficulty getting some proper sleep.
Most previous guests also had issues with the loud noise coming from the road outside and from the neighbouring rooms. Guests who were drinking and talking loudly within the premises were easily heard especially during wee hours.
As a result of the uncommon layout of the shower area which only uses a curtain instead of actual doors or glass and a shower screen which opens the other way around, most guests had difficulty using the shower area properly. Therefore, the water coming from the shower went all the way to the bathroom floor that caused partial flooding.
