Guests really liked being so near the highways. They mentioned that it made travel throughout the region that much more convenient, since there were no busy city streets to negotiate when traveling to and fro.

Guests felt that they had received good value for money. It was mentioned that rooms in the greater Boston area were typically expensive and that this hotel was a rare one that allowed guests to get a roof over their head for a fairly low price.

Despite being so close to the highways, a number of guests reported that they really did not experience any noise from outside the hotel. It seems that the hotel may have installed soundproof windows.

An extraordinary number of guests mentioned that the beds were very uncomfortable. While they didn’t typically go into details as to the reason why, they did say that it resulted in a fitful night’s sleep.

A large number of guests were very unhappy with the cleanliness of their rooms and often had a long list of cleanliness issues to report, from finding previous guest’s underwear on the floor to filthy carpets. It made some feel uncomfortable about actually staying in the room.

Although the hotel is only two stories high, some guests did not like that there was no elevator. It was said that there were no porters either, so guests allocated rooms on the second floor had to haul both themselves and their luggage up there.
