If you don't have your own transport and you need to get to and from the airport, then it's no hassle - you can make use of the hotel's complimentary transfer service, which is available by advance request. It makes it a stress-free airport hotel, and means that you won't be worried about making your flight.

The indoor pool is a welcome extra for guests, enjoyed by kids and adults alike. You can swim some lengths if you're trying to keep up a fitness regime, but if you just want to relax, then you'll love the additional hot tub, where you can just sink into the bubbles and let all your stresses drift away.

While rooms are comfortable and well-appointed overall, guests report numerous maintenance issues, such as TV remotes not working, or air-conditioning units playing up. They tend to be minor niggles, but it can be a hassle you really don't need after a long flight.

A lick of paint here and there would do wonders to give this hotel a bit of a sparkle, but as it is, the decor and furniture is starting to look tired and outdated. Plus, the dark furnishings don't do anything to add a sense of light and air to the rooms. A revamp is well overdue.

While the location is convenient for the airport and for getting to major attractions by car, it's not so great if you just want a local restaurant around the corner. It's a bit out of the way for the local amenities of a thriving community, so you'll have a bit of a journey to get dinner.
