Montana Hotel (Ortaca, Turkey)

The Montana really only serves breakfast on-site, so guests were very happy that the town centre was just a very short walk away. There they could find all the cafes, restaurants and bars they desired.

Guests really couldn't say enough good things about the staff at the Montana. They were said to embody excellent hospitality values by being very welcoming and helpful. Terms like “nothing was too much trouble” kept popping up in guest reviews.

Guests really seemed to like the ways the rooms were furnished and decorated. They are fairly modern, and guests were happy to be in a sleek space rather than a tired one were things looked like they had been in place for far too long.

While, surprisingly, this wasn't really mentioned as a major issue, several guests did point out that the Wi-Fi only works near to reception, and perhaps a few rooms that were nearby. Guests will likely have to leave their rooms to connect with the world beyond.

Though not often mentioned, guests who booked the family room on the top floor speak about it being awkward to move around on account of the sloping ceilings. They felt they really didn't get the full use of the floor space.

Quite a number of guests missed having both tea and coffee making facilities and minibars in their rooms. They would have liked to have the ability to enjoy both hot and cold beverages in their rooms without having to involve room service.
