The hotel's convenient location, which is a short walking distance from public transport systems such as the Nu Sentral and KL Sentral, is appreciated by guests. The hotel also offers easy access to the monorail, variety of restaurants, shopping malls, and airport. Therefore, guests did not have any issues going to different places and catching their flights.

Guests were impressed with the huge size of the beds as well as the overall quality which was clean and comfortable. Moreover, the mattresses and linens were well-maintained and were sufficient for a totally pleasant stay.

Unstable water supply
There were reports of foul smell coming from the bathroom area despite efforts to sanitise as well as the defective water system which resulted to the zero supply of water from the shower. Most guests were not able to shower properly due to the lack of enough water supply. Some guests even had to shower using bottled waters just to catch their flights, which was very inconvenient.

Uncontrollable street noise
Guests were annoyed with the loud noise coming from the streets. They can hear almost everything outside their rooms such as loud talking and noises coming from the bars within the area.

Broken air-conditioning system
Most guests were disappointed with the defective air-conditioning system provided at the hotel. They were not enough to cool the whole room and guests experienced warm temperature the whole time and dirty air. The air-conditioning units would also stop working even in the middle of the night.
