This hotel not only has a great location close to the beach, but offers exceptional value. While rated at 3.5 stars, many guests who stayed here said it actually feels like a 4-star hotel. The included amenities and quality of the rooms are excellent.

Since this is a smaller hotel, you can expect all the charm and hospitality imaginable. The staff will treat you like family, making sure you are comfortable during your stay. They are happy to accommodate a number of requests and are happy to assist with questions about activities in the local area.

This hotel offers rooms that are kept tidy and clean, and you'll find lovely art throughout the hotel. You can relax and spread out without having to feel confined, because rooms at this hotel are spacious, too. After a day of shopping or beach hopping, your room is the ideal place to come back, relax and get a good night's sleep.

Considering the tropical environment, this shouldn't come as a huge surprise. However, while there is air conditioning in guest rooms, it seems that circulation can be a problem and rooms can feel stuffy. Also, hallways and elevators tend to get hot and stuffy as well.

This hotel charges an added resort fee that includes amenities and even bike rentals. Be sure to contact the hotel to clarify what the resort fee includes and does not include, to avoid any disappointments on arrival.

The bar gets mixed reviews for quality of food as well as service. Service tends to run on "island time," and can get particularly slow when it gets busy. Food at the bar also gets average reviews, although the hotel's restaurant receives high marks for breakfast and dinner meals.
